The team has built a leading reputation, advising on high‑profile and complex mandates for corporates and financial sponsors across the power, utilities and energy transition sectors.

A lean team that is continuing to win the leading mandates in the market, there is a need to hire an Associate to play a key role in the execution of deals. This is an excellent opportunity for a renewable energy professional from either an investment bank or private equity team to join a leading advisor and build an impressive track record. Interested candidates must:

• Be sitting in an Associate or equivalent position within a tier-one M&A team or investment fund with prior banking experience
• Have an in-depth understanding of the renewable energy, energy transition, or power & utilities market with a proven deal track record
• Possess an exceptionally strong analytical skill set, including building models from scratch
• A degree in finance, engineering, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
