This is a role for someone who already knows they’re good at sourcing, and wants to spend their time doing that well, rather than being pulled into interviews, negotiation, or closing.

You’ll focus on:

What you’ll do

• Run deep, well-constructed searches for technical roles (software, electronics, chemicals, etc.)
• Build and refine Boolean and platform-specific searches confidently
• Review CVs and profiles independently and make sound judgement calls
• Manage clean, reliable pipelines across multiple roles and tools
• Reach out to candidates and clearly position opportunities so they can decide whether to engage
• Hand over only candidates who are genuinely interested and open to a call

You won’t be:

• interviewing candidates
• negotiating offers
• selling roles or pushing people forward

• Pipelines are accurate and reliable

Important (non-negotiable)

You must already be highly competent at deep sourcing.

This means being able to:

• Construct and refine complex searches
• Adjust your approach based on results
• Assess technical profiles independently

This role is not designed to teach sourcing fundamentals.

All candidates will be asked to demonstrate their approach in a live sourcing session before any long-term commitment.

• Part-time or full-time
• Remote-first, with occasional in-person working in the UK
• Flexible, asynchronous working
• Measured on quality and judgement, not activity
