Job Title:        Student Accommodation AssistantPay:                £12.71 per hour, Shift:               Monday – Friday 1.00pm – 5.00pm Location:        DundeeWe are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our client’s student accommodation team. This role is varied and hands-on, supporting the day-to-day running of the residence and ensuring a welcoming environment for students and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reception cover, greeting residents and visitors in a professional mannerHandle telephone and email inquiries, offering helpful information and supportAssist with basic administrative tasks and record keepingShow prospective tenants around available rooms and flatsSupport the accommodation team with any additional duties as requiredAbout YouGood communication and customer service skillsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage a range of tasksComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamA positive and approachable manner when dealing with students and customersThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a lively, student-focused environment.
