Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Care Provider role located in Reading. The Home Care Provider will assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support. Other responsibilities include providing companionship, monitoring clients’ well-being, and maintaining a safe and clean home environment. You will be part of a team committed to enabling clients to live independently while treating them with respect and dignity. Qualifications Competence in caregiving, home care, and personal care tasksStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clientsExperience in elder care and supporting individuals with unique needsPatience, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping othersEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and a care teamFlexibility to adapt to clients’ schedules and needsRelevant certifications in caregiving or home care support are an advantageCandidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
