Performance & Operations Manager Full Time NEW

The Bath Urology Unit seeks an experienced individual to provide support to the team. As an experienced administrator, you will support the effective delivery of key operational services, reporting to the Specialty Manager. Your focus will be on delivery of RTT targets, improved patient pathways and all associated administrative support required. You will play a key role in ensuring that outpatient clinics are fully utilised and that capacity is used flexibly to meet the demands of the service within available resources.

Person specification

Qualifications

Essential criteria

• A Level/BTEC Level Qualification or Equivalent;

Desirable criteria

• Degree Level Qualification or Equivalent;

Knowledge

Essential criteria

• In depth knowledge of Key NHS objectives and standards;
• Experience at a supervisor level of working in a complex acute healthcare setting

Desirable criteria

• Experience of working within clinical specialties.

Skills

Essential criteria

• Excellent listening, communication and writing skills;
• Change management skills and experience of undertaking change management.

Desirable criteria

• Knowledge and understanding of Clinical Governance;
