If you enjoy building thoughtful solutions and seeing your work make a tangible difference, this role offers genuine scale and influence.OverviewWhat you’ll be doingLead paid social strategy across brand and performance, aligning activity to clear client goals and measurable outcomes.Act as a trusted senior partner to clients, guiding strategy, performance conversations and innovation roadmaps.Shape quarterly and annual planning, including forecasting, budgeting and setting meaningful performance targets.Oversee campaign delivery from planning through optimisation and reporting, ensuring consistently high standards.Translate data into clear, compelling stories that inform future planning and creative direction.Mentor and develop Account Managers and Executives, supporting their growth in confidence, judgement and capability.Champion testing and new platform opportunities, embedding learning and progress across the wider team.ResponsibilitiesSkills we’re looking forStrong experience leading paid social campaigns across major platforms, with depth in strategy and delivery.Confidence working across both brand and performance objectives, balancing long‑term impact with short‑term results.Experience managing and supporting people, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.Comfort working with data and measurement tools, and turning insight into practical action.Clear and engaging communication skills, including presenting performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple workstreams with structure and calm, even when priorities shift.Curiosity about the evolving social landscape, with an appetite for learning, testing and improvement.QualificationsIn 6 months time…Be a clear leader across the given product area and become to go-to for our clients in terms of strategy, problem solving and directionDrive growth for our client, and exceed given targets based on KPIs for brand and tradeActivated or planned at least one test, alpha or beta opportunity across the portfolioActively work with Head of Social to identify growth opportunities and unlock new revenue for PublicisAchieve client scores above 8 within our client survey systems.Skills And ExperienceDeep expertise across social platforms, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.Familiarity with CM360, Adobe, Google Analytics, or other third-party measurement tools.Proven social strategic mindset, being aware of wider social landscape and trends including influencer and e-commerce.Proven end-to-end campaign management across brand and performance objectives.Strong line management experience, including mentoring and setting team KPIs.Skilled in stakeholder and client engagement both internal and external, including platform partner collaboration.Effective multitasker, managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.Confident presenter, working within PPT and ability to lead performance calls and responses both internally and externallyExperienced in testingAdditional InformationPublicis Next has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join.
