The Role

We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder to join our management team. Partnering with a group of accomplished founders who have already leveraged significant personal resources and secured market access, to build a business with clear unicorn aspirations.

As COO, you will own the operational execution of the NexusFM vision. You will be responsible for building our operations from the ground up, designing the foundations required to scale from the UK to Europe to the US in just three years. This is a builder role, requiring a leader who can move from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation across global borders.

Primary Responsibilities

Global Operational Leadership: Work closely with the CEO to shape the future growth of the organization, taking full responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations.

Scale the Network: Build and manage sales and service centers globally, creating strategic partnerships with asset managers, FM firms and suppliers/ engineers across our markets.

Process Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of all company systems,

workflows, and procedures to ensure the platform operates efficiently

Team Building: Recruit and mentor high-performance operations, sales, and marketing teams across multiple continents.

Prescriptive AI Integration: Partner with our tech team to ensure operational workflows are optimized by our prescriptive AI, moving from data insights to automated execution.

Market Expansion: Oversee the aggressive rollout into the UK, Europe, and the US within 3 years, ensuring localized operational excellence.

Skills & Experience

International Leadership: Proven experience as a COO or senior executive in a successful international company, specifically managing multi-country rollouts.

Operational Excellence: A demonstrable record of building sales teams and global call centers from scratch in a rapidly expanding environment.

Entrepreneurial Grit: Experience in an early-stage start-up or a background that proves you can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting where you are a key decision-maker.

Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to assess business objectives, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement high-priority solutions.

Communication & Presence: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to represent the company to enterprise partners and institutional investors.
