Full job description
Customer Services and Sales position has become available at our successful Janitorial Company based in Purley Way Croydon.
This is a permanent position and the right candidate will become part of a dynamic team within our award winning company.
Responsibilities
- Support the business in its general operations and contribute to its smooth running and development on a day to day basis including:-
- All aspects of administration paperwork as directed.
- Making and taking telephone calls to and from customers and suppliers.
- Contacting existing customers for their regular orders , upselling and problem solving.
- Entering Orders onto computer system.
- Generating & converting Quotes for New and Existing clients.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
Requirements
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Professional phone Manner.
- Cleaning Industry knowledge advantageous.
- Customer Service Focused.
- Computer Literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Great Communication and Problem solving skills.
- Cando attitude.
Package
- Hours 9.30am-2.30pm
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Pension scheme
