The Property Institute (TPI) is seeking a Training Assistant to join its growing, dynamic team.
Reporting to the Training Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering TPI’s expanding programme of online training courses and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), helping professionals across the property management sector develop their skills and knowledge. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external tutors to ensure programmes run smoothly.
In this varied role, you will manage course scheduling, liaise with tutors, administer bookings via TPI’s CRM system and website, and attend online sessions to provide monitoring and support delegates.
You’ll also manage the training inbox, coordinate feedback, assist with financial administration, and contribute to key projects in collaboration with the Training, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service or events administration, be highly computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Systems) and possess strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.
Knowledge of the property management sector is desired but not required.
