The department has evolved over the last three years with our expanding client base and their Increasing appetite to collaborate with us on more strategic and diverse projects on a global scale.Our client portfolio spans multiple sectors and includes brands such as Wella, Carnival Cruises, Crocs and Monzo business, where we lead strategic media / planning approaches for our digital activation teams and partner agencies across EMEA markets.To support our growing client portfolio, we are investing in our planning and strategy functions to provide even greater planning capabilities and to grow our new business opportunities with legacy media agencies.Job PurposeAs the primary strategic touchpoint for our largest media account, you will provide retained guidance for a powerhouse global beauty brand. This role demands a high-level perspective to ensure brand consistency and performance across diverse EMEA markets.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Stewardship: Deliver continuous, high-level direction for full-funnel activations, ensuring every campaign—from awareness to conversion—aligns with global objectives.Market Orchestration: Act as the central hub for EMEA media guidance, balancing localized market nuances with a unified regional strategy.Insight & Effectiveness: Drive the agenda for measurement and effectiveness, turning raw data into actionable insights that refine ongoing and future media investments.Dedicated Leadership: Given the scale and complexity of this client, this pillar represents a 50% time commitment, requiring a leader who can balance “big picture” thinking with the demands of a fast-paced, live-market environment.The remaining 50% of time will be dedicated to stand alone strategic projects such as:ConsultancyYou will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders within the agency on high profile, newly scoped projects focused on solving clearly defined client challenges. You will leverage multiple specialists within the business to deliver outputs such as; global communications frameworks, budget setting, market and channel prioritization, evaluation and effectiveness frameworks.New business pitchesWe are in the enviable position that our services are frequently sought after and our business Isgrowing.
