We’re looking for a Member Engagement Co-ordinator to join our team in London on an Fixed-term basis. This role offers a salary of £25,375-£32,100 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.
The Member Engagement Co‑ordinator plays a key role in strengthening ICAEW’s connection with its diverse European membership. The postholder is responsible for supporting the activities of regional member groups, acting as a primary point of contact for enquiries, and ensuring high‑quality engagement across all interactions.
The role coordinates meetings, events, and communications, while maintaining accurate records of member activity and outcomes. Working closely with the Regional Director, the Co‑ordinator provides administrative and project support and promotes collaboration and knowledge‑sharing across the member community. This role ensures that members are well‑supported, informed, and encouraged to participate actively in ICAEW’s European network.
What you will be doing;
- Coordinate and support the activities of diverse member groups located throughout Europe.
- Act as the main point of contact for member enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Organise and facilitate regular meetings, events, and communications between member groups and the wider organisation.
- Assist the Regional Director with administrative tasks, project management, and activities as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of member engagement, group activities, and outcomes.
What you will need; ·
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Able to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and foster positive relationships remotely.
- Demonstrates sensitivity and understanding of different cultures and the varied needs of a diverse European membership.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and other relevant digital tools.
