You will drive revenue growth by creating innovative, market-leading partnerships with world class brands. This role blends strategic thinking, creative proposition development, and data‑led decision‑making to convert high‑value prospects into long‑term partners. You will actively engage the market, using insight and innovation to build and maintain a strong, sustainable partnership pipeline.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience, with a proven track record in sports, media, or entertainment partnership sales. They will bring strong experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships end to end, alongside excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills. The role requires creative thinking to design and deliver global marketing platforms and partnership solutions for prospective brands, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. Candidates must thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and confidently present and resolve challenges with stakeholders at all levels. Sound judgement, resilience under pressure, and strong problem‑solving capability are essential. Foreign language skills are desirable but not essential.
