Role Responsibilities
Patient Growth
– Identify and engage individuals navigating complex health conditions
– Initiate real conversations based on understanding
– Understand patient decision-making behaviour
– Support conversion from first interaction to onboarding
– Improve messaging and positioning
Content Creation
– Create content based on real patient experiences
– Simplify complex health concepts
– Support founder-led content
– Build authority and credibility
