Ocean Infinity is seeking a Workforce Planner to join our expanding team based in Southampton.
This role sits within the Integrated Workforce, Asset and Mobilisation Planning function and is responsible for end‑to‑end offshore crewing planning and mobilisation across Service Delivery and Marine operations. The role ensures the effective planning, scheduling and mobilisation of qualified, competent and compliant personnel, delivering the right crew with the right skills to vessels and projects safely, compliantly and on time.
The role combines forward-looking crewing demand forecasting, workforce and contractor planning with hands‑on execution of offshore crew mobilisations. Responsibilities include coordinating travel and logistics, visas, medicals, certification, inductions and onboarding to support offshore, marine and project activities.
Acting as a central crewing coordination point, the role interfaces closely with project planning teams, marine operations, vessel and asset management, suppliers and the offshore workforce. It aligns crewing plans with project schedules, vessel readiness and asset availability, enabling efficient, compliant and seamless delivery of offshore operations and commercial projects.

Salary for this position: Up to £45,000 per annum
Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
