Your Role
This role is a fantastic entry level role to the world of domain names. As a Client Support Administrator, you are to help Com Laude’s wide range of corporate and legal clients optimise and manage their domain name portfolios and ensure our full range of products and services are appropriately positioned and promoted. You will make a substantial contribution to the company growth targets by supporting team members and ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.

We are open to consider applications from candidates within reasonable commuting distance of our London office. Com Laude operates within a hybrid working model. The role holder will have the flexibility to work up to 50% of their time from home, and 50% of their working time from our office.
This role is full time, 5 days a week, 9am-5.30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
Client Support – Assist the Domain Strategist on order fulfilment and account clean up in a timely manner. Support the Registry Relations and Renewal as and when required
Validation Support – Assist the with validation once trained and be back up when required due to holidays and sickness
Project management and communication – ensuring clear communication with the Internal stakeholders Is always maintained.
Product and Services – You will possess a good understanding of Com Laude’s products and services through training.
Maintain High quality of service – making sure clients receive a white glove service that puts them in the centre, being true to our value proposition of client shaped strategy.
Risk Management -Ensure that risk and incident report tickets are produced and escalated to the Team Leaders and COO in a timely manner.
Deadlines: Ensure all deadlines are kept whether set by Internal colleagues or clients
Learning Organisation – Contribute your skills and Insights to Improve any aspects of Com Laude’s performance.
Requirements
Essential:
You will be:

· Good at multi-tasking
You will have:
· Strong Microsoft office experience, especially MS Word and MS Excel
· Strong attention to detail
Desirable
· Analytical and strategic thinking Is required to deliver our client-shaped value proposition and support will be provided to achieve this as it is vital in the delivery of our value proposition of client- shaped strategy.
· Previous experience in customer service.
· Experience working with large data sets.
· Previous experience working with a globally distributed team.
· Additional languages, in particular Spanish, Italian or French.
