We are seeking an Operations & Systems Manager to play a central role in enabling the business through strong operational ownership, systems optimisation, and technology enhancement.

The role:

The Operations & Systems Manager oversees day‑to‑day operational processes while ensuring that business‑critical systems, technology platforms, suppliers, and workplace operations run efficiently and effectively. Working across operations and IT services, the role focuses on improving workflows, enhancing core systems, and ensuring technology and workplace infrastructure are secure, reliable, and scalable.

This role offers the opportunity to own and improve how the business operates, combining operational delivery with systems leadership, CRM ownership, and the adoption of AI and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve operational processes, driving efficiency through process redesign, automation, and technology enablement.
• Own workplace IT infrastructure and act as the main point of contact for external IT providers and technical partners.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of systems access and equipment for office‑based and remote employees.
• Act as operational owner for core business systems, including Pump CRM, ensuring data integrity, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and support operational scalability.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, and operational data (e.g. Power BI) to support data‑driven leadership decisions.
• Support a safe, well‑organised, and productive workplace environment.

Experience:

• Experience in an operations, business operations, or systems‑focused role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms, workplace IT systems, and external suppliers.
• Confident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany and Philadelphia.
