Learning & Development Specialist (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Corporate Services | Type: Fixed-Term ContractShape impactful learning experiences that empower people and drive business success.The RoleCapco is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our UK team in London on a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality learning experiences that support both individual growth and business priorities.Operating as an internal consultancy, the L&D function partners closely with the business to attract, develop, and retain talent.
