Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Remote) Full Time NEW

Bamboo Sales Funnel is a fast-growing, US-based consulting company. Because we are scaling our operations rapidly, we are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our remote team and help us build out our internal workforce.

The Role: We need an organized, proactive HR professional to handle our recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day team management. You will be the point of contact for hiring new team members (like sales reps, virtual assistants, and operational staff) and ensuring our remote team runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Write and post job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct initial interview screens to find top-tier talent for our open roles.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have access to all necessary software, training materials, and company documentation.
• Team Management: Track daily attendance, monitor employee performance metrics, and handle basic HR administrative tasks.
• Culture & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for team members regarding HR questions, company policies, and daily operational updates.

Requirements:

• Fluent English: You must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a similar administrative role (experience hiring for US companies is a huge plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, ATS/CRM software).
• Time Zone: You must be able to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with our core team.
• Problem Solver: You don’t need hand-holding. You are organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay: 30,000.00 (PKR)-45,000.00 (PKR) per month
