Our shops are located in dynamic locations: 226 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee; 8 Chapel Street, Aberdeen; and 8-10 Church Hill Place, Edinburgh. We pride ourselves on offering a curated selection of stylish clothing and accessories. Our aim is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience both in-store and online by providing high-quality, on-trend fashion choices for our customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position-based in Aberdeen. As a Boutique Store Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer relations, and inventory oversight. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are met, and implementing effective retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves maintaining a positive team environment and ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and manage the team efficiently.
• Proficiency and experience in Store Management, ensuring successful operations of daily store activities.
• Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and reduce shrinkage.
• Leadership and team-building aptitude with an ability to motivate staff and foster collaboration.
• A good understanding of the retail and fashion industry.
• Flexibility and attention to detail to meet store objectives and maintain operational excellence.
