We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to provide high‑quality administrative support to our Antenatal Midwifery Teams. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of our service by coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting patient queries, and working closely with midwives, clinicians, and wider multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll be supporting a range of specialist pathways, Diabetes Perinatal Mental Health Multiple Births—each dedicated to providing personalised, compassionate care to women and families.
Flexibility is key, and you may be required to work across different areas of the service to meet operational needs.

Main duties of the job
Reception and Clerical Support
Provide an efficient, professional reception service that instils confidence in patients and relatives.
Act as a point of contact for staff and patients, offering a courteous telephone and face-to-face service.
Communication and Patient Support
Provide clear, relevant information to women and their relatives
Telephone and Messaging Answer telephone enquiries
Liaison and Coordination Communicate effectively with Midwifery teams
Administrative Tasks and Workload Management
