Job Title: Corporate Receptionist – Monday–Friday | Central London (Bank / Liverpool Street Area)
Location: Central London – Near Bank / Liverpool Street
Salary: £30,784
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Between 7:30am – 6:00pm
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 21 days after one year of service)
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to join our front-of-house team within a prestigious Central London corporate environment. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding first impressions.
As the face of the business, you will provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of reception and supporting a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional front-of-house cover and act as the first point of contact for all visitors
Greet and welcome clients and guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner
Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring accurate communication
Coordinate visitor bookings and liaise with internal teams and building management
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented reception area at all times
Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Bennett Hay standards
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support daily operations and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in a corporate reception, front-of-house, or hospitality role
Attributes:
Well-presented, polished, and confident
Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Good IT literacy, including familiarity with booking systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
