The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Partnerships & Business Development to lead our strategic growth initiatives. You will be responsible for building and managing high-value partnerships with universities, schools, and education providers, while driving revenue through referral programmes, co-branded initiatives, and institutional integrations.

This is a pivotal leadership role that will directly impact our ability to scale user acquisition, enhance recommendation quality through real institutional data, and establish Noevo.io as the go-to AI platform for global education pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy focused on universities, business schools (including top MBA programmes), scholarship organisations, and corporate learning providers.
• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements that deliver mutual value, including referral revenue shares, co-marketing campaigns, API/data integrations, and joint webinars or content initiatives.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers in international student recruitment, admissions, marketing, and career services teams at target institutions.
• Drive measurable growth in partnership-sourced users, application conversions, and revenue while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partnership pipeline, activation rate, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with the product, AI, and marketing teams to ensure partnership requirements translate into enhanced platform features and personalised student experiences.
• Conduct market analysis to prioritise high-potential regions and institutions, with particular focus on UK universities and high-outbound markets (e.g., South Asia, Middle East, Africa).
• Represent Noevo.io at education conferences, recruitment fairs, and networking events to raise brand visibility and generate new opportunities.
• Work with the Growth & Marketing Lead to align partnership activities with broader user acquisition and conversion goals.

Requirements & Experience

• 7+ years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or institutional sales, ideally within EdTech, study abroad, higher education recruitment, or related B2B sectors.
• Strong existing network and track record of successfully partnering with UK and international universities, business schools, or education providers.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements and deliver revenue-generating partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the international education landscape, including student mobility trends, admissions processes, scholarship systems, and visa pathways.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills with the ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
• Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and can operate with high autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, International Relations, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe.
