To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.We are looking for two enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurses with Older Adult Mental Health experience to join our Caithness Community Mental Health team based at Town & County Hospital, Wick.Your role will be with adults over the age of 65 or of any age if a memory concern.It will involve assessment; care planning, implementation and evaluation of the care plan, in partnership with the client, family and carers. You will also be involved in assessment and management of ongoing risk.The role will involve medication monitoring, liaising with Psychiatrists, Primary Care and with other Social Care services, referring on to other services as appropriate.
