– Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
– Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as measuring and mixing ingredients
– Assist with plating and presentation of dishes
– Help with inventory management and stock rotation

– Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is preferred
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
