Partnership for Education and Education Futures has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality, personalised support to the Managing Director and selected members of the senior leadership team.
About The Role
This is a pivotal, trusted role providing proactive executive support in a complex, fast‑paced environment. You will enable effective leadership by managing intricate diaries, coordinating high‑level internal and external meetings, and anticipating priorities to ensure the smooth running of Partnership for Education and Education Futures strategic activity.
Working closely with senior leaders, partners and stakeholders, you will play a key role in facilitating executive engagement, supporting governance and communications activity, and maintaining high standards of organisation, confidentiality and professionalism.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face in Cambridge. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.
