New & Used Sales Controller at Peoples Automotive Group – Falkirk

Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to join our Falkirk Omoda|Jaecoo and Used Sales Team as a Sales Controller. In this role you will be an integral part of the customer experience and will inspire long term customer engagement as well as motivating and driving the sales performance of the dealership. You will work closely with the General Sales Manager and will provide everyday support with a focus on driving business performance and delivering excellent levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring you have full knowledge of our products and an ability to use your knowledge to drive and motivate the sales team.
• Providing an excellent customer experience to all customers as well as being a main point of contact to resolve any customer concerns which may arise within the Sales Department.
• Negotiating the sale price, including any “trade-in” value for a customer’s old car.
• Supporting and helping colleagues where required to deliver sales targets and providing coaching and guidance on areas of improvement within the Sales process.
• Driving the importance and quality delivery of prospecting on a regular basis as well as monitoring and managing conversion rates. You will be able to foresee where the next deal is coming from.
• Supporting the General Sales Manager in driving business performance, growth in retail unit volume and profit within the Sales Department.
• Supporting the General Sales Manager in the control of stock (retail, trade and overage) in line with budget and Company stocking policy requirements.
