Join a high-output team as a design-minded engineer building the FX copilot for scaling businesses. Working directly with the CTO, you will craft intuitive dashboards and trade flows that simplify complex hedging. You will own the UI/UX end-to-end, shipping polished React/TypeScript code that helps companies manage nearly $2B in volume.

What you will do:

• Build and ship production-ready React and TypeScript interfaces for complex trade flows, data visualizations, and customer dashboards.
• Lead UI/UX decisions by prototyping and validating product ideas before implementation to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate output while maintaining total technical ownership over every line of code.

The ideal candidate:

• 0–3 years of professional experience alongside a significant portfolio of side projects or open-source work that demonstrates technical obsession.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript with a sharp eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and motion design.
• Committed to an in-office culture in London (5 days/week) and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
