The Williams STEM Programme is a rapidly expanding initiative that has grown significantly since 2024. In 2026, the programme aims to inspire 15,000 young people by helping them apply STEM concepts, explore careers in science and engineering, and develop a passion for innovation through the world of Formula One.
As a STEM Delivery Specialist, you will help deliver engaging, hands-on STEM workshops that use Formula 1 as an exciting lens for learning. You will also support the day-to-day running of the experience, ensuring sessions are delivered smoothly and professionally for students, teachers, and partners.
In addition to workshop delivery, you will contribute to the development and improvement of educational content by supporting the creation of new learning activities, lesson resources, and digital materials. Working closely with the wider STEM team, you will help refine the curriculum to ensure an exceptional learning experience for students, teachers, and visiting stakeholders.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a flagship STEM initiative while inspiring the next generation of engineers, innovators, and problem-solvers.
