Job Purpose: To Co-Ordinate domestic and care staff administration processes, ensure the accuracy of costed support plans, and undertake quality monitoring activities. The role supports safe, effective, and person-centred service delivery through auditing documentation, reviewing time spent in service users homes, and ensuring accuracy of recorded visits.Key ResponsibilitiesManage rotas for care workersManage the scheduling of rotasManage care workers holidays and sicknessCarry out back to work interviews for care workersSourcing workCosted support plansConduct 3 monthly probations in a timely mannerReporting to social workComplete service user guidesManage increases/decreases Assist with phones and dashboard when requiredLiaise with ManagerCare when required
