Partner directly with the Co-CEO of a creator-first platform generating $100M+ ARR. This high-leverage role balances executive support with strategic project execution. You will drive critical initiatives, analyze data for insights, and protect the founder’s focus during a period of 450% year-on-year growth at one of the world’s fastest-growing scale-ups.

What you will do:
- Drive strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO to maintain business momentum.
- Own the executive projects board and analyze large data sets to surface actionable insights for leadership.
- Manage complex scheduling, inbox prioritization, and travel logistics with precision to maximize the founder’s leverage.
The ideal candidate:
- 3-7 years of experience supporting a Founder or C-Suite leader within a high-growth technology environment.
- Data-literate professional comfortable extracting insights from Sheets and utilizing AI tools to multiply personal output.
- Proactive operator with a high-ownership mindset who can navigate ambiguity and confidently manage senior stakeholders.
