Office Administrator (Growth) Full Time

Overview
We are a small, dynamic company operating in the real estate and accommodation sector in London. Our focus is on building and managing high-quality property and accommodation solutions, including regulated environments. As we grow, we are looking for a driven and motivated individual to support operations and help accelerate our expansion.

The Role

This role exists to support and accelerate the growth of our real estate and accommodation business. You will improve internal operations, conduct research, and ensure high-quality administrative execution across the company.

This is not a passive admin role—we are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks independently, and actively contributes to business growth.

A key part of this role involves working within supported living and children’s home environments, which are highly regulated. You will be expected to learn and become familiar with industry-specific terminology, compliance standards, and legal requirements.

You must be comfortable operating in a structured, detail-driven environment where precision and compliance are critical. This is a role for someone who is disciplined, adaptable, and willing to learn the technical and legal aspects of the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative support (documentation, scheduling, coordination)
• File management and compliance (including regulated environments such as children’s homes)
• Market, property, and regulatory research
• Excel data tracking and reporting
• Supporting growth initiatives in accommodation/property
• Produce clear, professional written communication (emails, documents, reports)
• Identify and research new opportunities in the accommodation sector (locations, strategies, competitors)
• Assisting with team coordination and basic people management when required

Minimum Requirements

• Strong ability to independently research topics in depth and extract clear, useful insights
• Comfortable learning, interpreting, and applying regulations without constant guidance
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) — non-negotiable
• Right to work in the UK

• High attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data handling
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, formulas, structured data tracking)
• Ability to write clear, professional emails and documents
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without close supervision
• Strong problem-solving mindset — able to figure things out without relying on others
• Professional attitude toward confidentiality and handling sensitive information

Pay: £24,420.00-£29,125.89 per year
