Overview
We are a small, dynamic company operating in the real estate and accommodation sector in London. Our focus is on building and managing high-quality property and accommodation solutions, including regulated environments. As we grow, we are looking for a driven and motivated individual to support operations and help accelerate our expansion.
The Role
This role exists to support and accelerate the growth of our real estate and accommodation business. You will improve internal operations, conduct research, and ensure high-quality administrative execution across the company.
This is not a passive admin role—we are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks independently, and actively contributes to business growth.
A key part of this role involves working within supported living and children’s home environments, which are highly regulated. You will be expected to learn and become familiar with industry-specific terminology, compliance standards, and legal requirements.
You must be comfortable operating in a structured, detail-driven environment where precision and compliance are critical. This is a role for someone who is disciplined, adaptable, and willing to learn the technical and legal aspects of the sector.
