Hours: 37 Full time/Part time/Job Share will be considered.
Salary: HC05 £25,185 – £28,142

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Talk Community Healthy Lifestyle Team.
The service provides integrated behaviour support for smoking cessation, weight management, alcohol reduction, physical activity, all embedded in sustainable behaviour change and positive wellbeing.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping residents access the right healthy lifestyle support at the right time. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, health professionals and partners—making a real difference every day.
