Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting and promoting company solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining consistent sales performance. The Sales Associate will also keep track of market trends and reports to propose innovative approaches for client engagement and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation: Proven skills in selling, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding ability to build relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Industry Expertise and Market Knowledge: Familiarity with digital solutions, IT services, and market trends alongside a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Technology Proficiency: Adeptness with sales tools, CRM platforms, and proactive use of technology to track and enhance the sales process.
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is an advantage, along with self-motivation and a passion for delivering solutions.
