EdTech Sales Executive Full Time NEW

𝗘𝗱𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗨𝗞-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗨𝗦 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀)

Balmer Recruitment Group are partnering with an international EdTech business that provides curriculum aligned digital learning solutions to schools. The platform is already well established across multiple markets and is now scaling further across the US and UK.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

This is a full cycle sales role suited to someone who enjoys building pipeline and closing new business.

You’ll be selling primarily into US school districts, alongside some UK multi-academy trusts. The role covers the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to demos, trials and closing.

There is a strong international element, including regular travel to the US for conferences and client meetings.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

 • Proven EdTech sales experience with full cycle ownership 

 • Experience selling into US K-12 districts and/or UK secondary MATs 

 • Strong understanding of complex, multi stakeholder sales processes 

 • Ability to build and nurture pipeline

 • Comfortable working across international markets and time zones 

𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲

 • £45,000 base salary 

 • £70,000 OTE 

 • Fully remote 

 • 30 days holiday 

 • Full expensed international travel
