At West Park Care, we’re growing quickly and building a stronger in-house finance function. We’re now looking for an ambitious Trainee Accountant or AAT Level 4 Accountant to join our team.

💼 What you’ll be doing

You’ll be involved in all aspects of the finance function, including:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management
• Month-end support and management accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Client Invoicing
• Payroll and expenses
• Budgeting and financial analysis as we grow

This is a role where you’ll learn fast, take ownership, and grow with the business.

🎯 What we’re looking for

• AAT Level 4 qualified or studying (or equivalent experience)
• Some accounts experience (practice or industry ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Someone who wants to develop, not just do a job
