🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser based in Sri Lanka to support our growing operations. This is a part-time remote role with strong potential for long-term collaboration.
You will play a key role in:
- Trend analysis and market research
- Managing customer relationships
- Coordinating with suppliers and production teams
- Ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Supporting sales strategies and inventory planning
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Coordinate sampling, sourcing, and production timelines
- Monitor orders from development to delivery
- Analyse market trends and support product development
- Maintain accurate records and inventory levels
🔹 Requirements
- Experience in fashion merchandising / garment industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background in sales, retail, or sourcing
- Good understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Experience with UK/European clients is a plus
- Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in garment merchandising (Sri Lanka apparel industry)
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, sourcing, and production processes
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple suppliers
- Experience working with UK/European clients (preferred)
