The Opportunity

We are seeking two enthusiastic and creative teachers to join our thriving Key Stage 2 department. Key Responsibilities

Nurturing Pedagogy: Apply a nurturing approach to classroom management, ensuring every child feels safe and ready to learn.

Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring high standards of attainment.

Assessment: Use formative and summative assessments to track pupil progress and set ambitious targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with year-group partners and TAs to share resources and contribute to the wider school community.

Person Specification

Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Expertise: Deep knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.

Attributes: A resilient, empathetic professional who understands the importance of emotional well-being in the classroom.
