Our client has recently entered a strong growth phase and is led by a commercially sharp leadership team with deep product and healthcare expertise. They’re now building their next success story and looking for an ambitious, high-energy Sales Team Lead to join their lean, evolving GTM team in the UK.

A healthcare data integration and workflow platform helping providers streamline patient journeys and improve care coordination.
Think: connecting fragmented healthcare systems so patients move through care faster, safer, and with less friction.

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the UK go-to-market strategy across key healthcare segments
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing sales reps (no SDR layer)
- Drive structured, high-quality deal execution using frameworks like MEDDICC
- Implement scalable processes across pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
Environment
- Fast-moving, commercial, and growth-focused — building a market from early stage
- Direct access to senior leadership with real influence on strategy
- High ownership, lean structure — you shape the playbook, not follow it
Must-Haves
- Experience leading and developing a sales team (3–5 people)
- Strong B2B SaaS background in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce
- Proven ability to implement structure, improve deal quality, and drive consistency
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling into UK healthcare / NHS environments
- Background in scale-ups or high-growth SaaS businesses
- Exposure to modern sales tooling, AI, or ABM strategies
Compensation
💰 Base: £100K–£120K
🎯 OTE: Up to £180K+
