Warranty Administrator – Berry BMW Croydon
Berry BMW Croydon is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Warranty Administrator to join our Aftersales team £34,000 OTE £45,000

About the role
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the service department by ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently in line with manufacturer standards. You will work closely with the Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and Aftersales Management team to help maintain compliance and maximise claim success.
Key responsibilities
- Processing warranty claims in line with BMW guidelines and policies
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate prior to submission
- Monitoring outstanding claims and resolving any queries promptly
- Liaising with the service team and manufacturer where required
- Maintaining accurate warranty records and reports
- Supporting the Aftersales department with general administrative duties where needed
About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a Warranty Administrator or Aftersales administrative role, essential.
- Ideally have BMW systems knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office
