The Role
We’re looking for a Product Technical Support Associate to join our UK team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in hardware technology, product support, or technical sales combining product support and technical troubleshooting along with customer interaction.
The role is heavily focused on product knowledge and customer support, helping customers understand our solutions, supporting product selection (“spec-in”) and assisting with troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with both customers and the sales team to ensure the right products are chosen for each application.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product and technical support to customers across our storage and hardware product lines
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues
- Support RMA (returns) processes, including diagnostics and coordination
- Contribute to CAR & FAR analysis (Corrective and Failure Analysis Reporting)
- Deliver product guidance and presentations to customers and internal teams
- Support the sales team with technical queries and customer engagements (remote and occasional onsite visits)
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and customer interactions
About You
- Interest in hardware, storage technology, or IT troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience with storage, multimedia, or embedded products
- Familiarity with RMA or technical support environments
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Additional Information
