About this Role Key responsibilities include:
General administrative duties including data entry, document preparation and record keeping
Handling telephone and visitor enquiries in a professional manner
Monitoring sickness and absence and arranging agency cover as required
Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes and ordering PPE and supplies
Supporting statutory compliance, health & safety records and audits
Coordinating training such as First Aid, Minibus Driver and EVAC Chair training
Maintaining vehicle records (MOT, servicing, tax)
Attending meetings, taking minutes and preparing reports
The successful candidate will have:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
Confidence using IT systems and databases
A positive, flexible and team‑focused approach
