We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Finance and Treasury Manager to join us, based from our Head Office at Lakeside in Doncaster, but with flexible agile working. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash forecasts, group liquidity management and optimising working capital. They will also administer group banking arrangements, manage banking and lending relationships as well as leading the audit of cash and finance arrangements and preparation of financial disclosure materials.
Key accountabilities will include preparing weekly internal cash Short Term Cash Forecast (STCF) to monitor and forecast Group liquidity levels as well as reconciliation of STCF to monthly regional financial forecasts. They will partner with regional teams and work with Executive Board to drive effective management of working capital and understanding of regional liquidity requirements. The successful candidate will also prepare scenario analysis on liquidity forecasts.

Skills, knowledge & experience

They will be passionate about presenting accurate and timely financial information to enable the business to achieve its targets. They will be collaborative with the ability to build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Education & qualifications
Experience in a similar role within Housebuilding or a similar industry is highly desirable but not essential. Finance or accounting qualification preferred (ACCA/CIMA), or qualified by relevant experience.
