Front of House Full Time NEW

Dental Excellence are looking for a new Front of House team member to join us at our practice. We deliver cutting edge dentistry in a beautiful location and we are passionate about giving our clients an unparalleled experience.

General Duties:

– Setting up the non-clinical areas on opening
– Meeting and greeting patients
– Keeping up to date with white space in the diary
– Following up on enquiries and e-mails promptly
– Carrying out various administrative duties on and off site if required
– Providing a world class level of customer service to all our patients at all times.
– Ensuring that the practice is kept clean and tidy at all times
– Closing down the premises at the end of the day

– Looking after VIPs

Experience
– Previous experience in a customer service role essential
– Dental background preferred but not essential
– Must be self motivated
– Strong organisational skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.77 per hour
