This is a hands-on role where you’ll support key research programmes, dig into audience data, and help surface insights that shape how we think about marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and have real ownership of meaningful projects from day one.What You’ll Do Support the management and optimisation of our Creator Survey, including programming and improving internal processes. Run deeper analysis of survey results and brand health tracker trends, layering in audience data to identify broader patterns across key audience cohorts. Proactively surface regional gaps and emerging marketing opportunities based on data trends. Provide ad hoc support on team write-ups, trackers, and other collaborative deliverables.What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience managing a large-scale survey end-to-end. Practical skills in data analysis and trend identification across multiple research sources. Direct exposure to how data drives marketing strategy and business decision-making at scale. Experience communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.
