Clinic Manager — Yèmaya London BeautyYèmaya London Beauty is a London-based skin clinic focused on long-term skin health and evidence-based aesthetic practice. As the clinic continues transitioning towards a more medically-led, membership-based model, we are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager who is both operationally strong and commercially aware.This is a key role within the business and would suit someone confident in managing clinic environments, supporting team performance, and contributing to growth through both excellent patient experience and strong organisational leadership.We are building a clinic focused on long-term skin transformation through structured treatment pathways and membership-based care, so the ideal candidate will understand the importance of consistency, client relationships, and achieving targets in a professional and ethical way.In addition to managing the clinic, this role will also oversee operations within YLB Studio (our adjoining event and business space) and support the wider structure of the business as it continues to grow.We are looking for someone proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of managing responsibilities independently, without the need for constant direction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClinic Operations & Management• Oversee the daily running of the clinic• Ensure a calm, professional, and highly organised environment• Manage bookings, scheduling, and clinic flow• Maintain high standards of client experience• Ensure operational systems run smoothly and efficiently• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions proactivelyTeam Leadership & Performance• Support team members in maintaining high professional standards• Ensure team members understand clinic structure and expectations• Monitor performance in relation to clinic targets• Encourage a positive, motivated, and accountable team environment• Support achievement of monthly membership targets• Help drive growth within a membership-led clinic modelClinical ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will also be a qualified practitioner capable of delivering treatments confidently and safely.This may include:• injectables (Botox, dermal filler, vitamin injections)• laser treatments (including laser hair removal and Pico laser)• advanced skin treatments (peels, microneedling, facials)• skin consultations and treatment planningA medical background (nurse, prescribing practitioner, or healthcare professional) is highly desirable, but candidates with strong Level 4/5 aesthetic qualifications and extensive clinic experience will also be considered.Business Support Responsibilities• Assist with organisation and coordination across Yèmaya London Beauty, Yèmaya London School of Beauty, and YLB Studio• Oversee bookings and enquiries relating to YLB Studio (event and business space)• Ensure professional communication across all areas of the business• Support implementation of structured processes as the business growsIDEAL CANDIDATE• Previous experience working within a clinic environment is essential• Previous management or senior practitioner experience is essential• Confident delivering aesthetic treatments safely and professionally• Strong understanding of client journey and patient experience• Comfortable working towards targets within a professional environment• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills• Able to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently• Calm, professional, and solution-focused• Strong communication skills• Interest in long-term skin health and medically-led aesthetics
