This is an office-based role focused on the administration and coordination of sales activity. Working as part of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing quotes and orders through our internal system.
You will act as a key point of contact between customers, suppliers, and the sales team, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and communicated effectively to support the smooth progression of each project.

Role Structure & Development
The sales function operates in teams, with account managers focusing on business development and early-stage enquiries. You will work closely with them to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing workflow.
You will take ownership of projects once an order has been confirmed, managing them through to completion. As your experience and confidence grow, you will begin to take on selected projects earlier in the process, supporting from the enquiry stage through to order and delivery.
As a team member in the company, we also expect you to help assist and drive social and environmental impact.
– Advocating the value of social and environmental impact within our team and to our customers and suppliers (e.g. championing sustainability)
– Championing where possible, responsible and sustainable materials as well as production and delivery choices for our customers.
– Seeking and delivering of work which not only delivers commercial value, but increases the social and environmental impact that we make for our clients / customers.
– Looking for new opportunities that our business can help drive social and environmental change, e.g. charity partnerships, volunteering, carbon offsetting etc.
– Meeting with the team at agreed intervals to review what personal initiatives workers could be doing in and outside of work that can help drive social and environmental impact.
