Parts / Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Company: CCS Bulldog Location: Tipton, DY4 7EH Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Salary: Apprenticeship Minimum Wage + Performance-Related Bonuses Apprenticeship Level: Level 2 Trade Supplier Qualification Duration: 15 months (including End Point Assessment) About Us CCS Bulldog is a Tipton-based automotive parts supplier providing a wide range of high-quality components and accessories to both trade and retail customers. We are a customer-focused, reliable, and ambitious business committed to delivering excellent service, building strong local relationships, and continuously improving to meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry. About The Apprenticeship This 15-month apprenticeship programme, delivered in partnership with GTG, is designed to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, learning how to deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock, process orders, and support workshop operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, with real opportunities for progression within the company upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities As a Parts / Trade Supplier Apprentice, you will:
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct vehicle parts (in person and over the phone)
- Provide accurate quotes and product information
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
- Process sales transactions, invoices, credits, and returns
- Support stock control, including ordering and stock checks
- Work closely with colleagues across the business
- Prepare and supply parts for workshop repairs
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Entry Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above), including English and Maths
