The role:
- Lead a broad range of transactions including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advisory
- Take ownership of client relationships and play a key role in winning new business
- Mentor and lead deal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Gain exposure to the investment side—assessing opportunities, shaping investment cases, and potentially sitting on portfolio company boards
About you:
- ACA qualified (likely) with strong academic credentials
- Proven experience in Corporate Finance, Deals, or Investing
- Strong network and a track record of originating and delivering work
- Commercial, driven, and entrepreneurial in mindset
