Job Description

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a confident, people focused Workplace Host to join our team at the Bradford offices of a world renowned bank.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the building. Greeting visitors, clients, and contractors with professionalism and warmth. You’ll build strong relationships with building tenants, support improvements across the workplace, and play an active part in creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone on site.

You’ll also work closely with our catering team, offering support where needed and occasionally assisting in the restaurant area. A key part of your day will involve spotting and reporting any building issues, using IT systems to communicate and stay connected with your Portico colleagues across the country. Together, you’ll form a strong national network of Workplace Hosts who share ideas and best practice.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm, Mon–Fri

Salary: £28,050 per annum

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail to this front facing role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A calm, approachable manner with a positive, can do attitude
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage tasks and priorities confidently
• Excellent attention to detail, taking real pride in the quality of your work
• Good written and spoken English, as you’ll be required to produce clear reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors

Please note: This role requires a DBS check as part of the onboarding process
