Website and Marketing Assistant Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Swadlincote for a Website and Marketing Assistant. The individual in this role will help to build the company’s online presence, update and maintain the website, and execute effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content, posting regularly to our platforms.
• Create and edit video/image material of both the product and staff for social channels.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Manage Google ads and Meta paid ads and regularly optimise them to maximise CPA.
• Manage search engine tools, ensuring our Google and Apple business profiles are up to date. Adding promotional content to them when required.
• Help to maintain and update our website with up to date product.
• Help manage the website UI, adding in banners, content sections and discount codes when required.
• Support the ecommerce platform with online sales.
• Stay on top of marketing trends and identify new opportunities to push the business in new areas.
• Create POS and any other print digital material for the showroom to help promote the products.
• Work with the brand manager to plan ahead marketing content and prepare for in-store events such as sale period and any other promotions.
• Create our leaflet designs for print media that are relevant to the month they being distributed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
• Experience in market research and developing marketing strategies to identify trends and target audiences
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and website management
• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or a related industry is an advantage
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, is preferred

The successful individual will be working along side the Brand Manager and have full support in this role.
